The suite was functional and new-fashioned in the upper floors. the location was decent, not very far from Clock Tower Chiang Rai. - the staff was excellent at all levels.

Rooms, facilities and whole hotel were worn. No much cleanness, strange smell all over the place, restaurant on top with poor menu and worse prices, elevator not working properly, Unreccomended hotel. As someone said: "Avoid this hotel at all costs".

Ideal hotel, clean, nice staff, location close to everything was unbeatable! Location: the venue was adjacent to many restaurants around, night market and bus station and Night Bazaar. Tried some takeout specials at Boonsita Vegetarian, luckily it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

The room was clean and the staff went out of our way to help us. The bell hop even drove us to the airport. Breakfast was ok but not excellent. It was a very good value for the price

Cons: Everything was exactly what I needed and wanted. 👌.

The roof terrace is quite nice place.

There was a big loudly party in the terrace and for us was given rooms under the terrace.
